About the Opportunity We're looking for Associate Trainees to join our Real Estate and IBC/NCLT Litigation teams. Roles and Responsibilities

• Real estate transactions & advisory
• Insolvency matters under IBC
• Litigation before NCLT
• Support in real estate documentation, due diligence, and client advisory
• Asset in drafting, filing and managing IBC/NCLT matters
• Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs
• Coordinate with clients, counsels, and the internal team

Eligibility Criteria

• Law graduates from reputed institutions
• Prior law firm experience is a plus
• Freshers welcome - if you're eager to learn, we're eager to train
