We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Sustainability Strategy, Integration & Enablement to join our Sustainability Hub. This role is in London.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Research evolving sustainability market trends, policy dynamics, and regulatory frameworks and distill insights and takeaways
  • Develop knowledge of emerging sustainable investing rules and contribute to policy and advocacy positions
  • Support strategic development by translating complex topics into simple, concise presentations and briefing materials for senior leadership and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to advance deliverables and communicate timelines and expectations across end to end processes and engagements
  • Provide cross functional project management support via project trackers and daily task lists to support timely delivery
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree required; a few years of experience in sustainability, financial services and asset management, policy and government affairs, communications is preferred
  • Highly motivated and proactive team player
  • Interest in sustainable finance and investing
  • Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Rigorous attention to detail and strong work ethic, especially in fast paced environments
  • High Excel and PowerPoint proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills
