Job Description

Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in logistics and supply chain operations within a regulated environment? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, international setting? Join our team as Associate Supply Chain - Reverse Logistics & Operations Support and contribute to the coordination of returns, complaints, and serialization across the EMEA region.

About the Role As an Associate Supply Chain, you will support reverse logistics operations, including complaint handling, recalls, tracking and tracing, and data analysis related to serialized pharmaceutical products. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with GDP, GMP, and SOX regulations, while working towards continuous improvement and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the return of Finished Drug Products (FDP) to designated sites (including recalls)
  • Log, investigate, and follow up on low-risk distribution complaints, ensuring full regulatory compliance
  • Support tracking and tracing for shipments within the Global Distribution Hub
  • Perform daily analysis of alerts from the National Medicines Verification Organization (NMVO) and lead monthly/quarterly reporting on EU FMD alerts
  • Represent the team in stakeholder management meetings
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the department
  • Participate in internal and external audits as required
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations


Your Profile Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Bonus with at least 2 years of experience in a GDP/GMP-regulated supply chain environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with ERP systems and handling issues in a logistics setting
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Proactive, quality-focused mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
