We are looking for an Associate Software Engineer with strong analytical skills and a keen desire to learn while developing, implementing, and supporting Jira & Confluence, software solutions, and renewals within our Engineering Excellence team.

Our mission is to increase efficiency and agility across engineering teams, enabling quick mobilization and delivery of quality, secure features for our customers at reduced costs.

The role involves collaboration with multiple engineering teams, supporting the adoption of new ways of working, primarily focusing on Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management, evolving to include wider team goals.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Administer solutions, projects, and spaces in Jira, Confluence, and plugins
• Support upgrades and user access processes
• Develop customizations and train users
• Provide technical support and maintain documentation

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience in Jira/Confluence administration and customization
• Knowledge of Jira scripting languages (JQL, Groovy) and APIs
• Familiarity with technologies like React Native/JS, JAVA, C#, .NET, Azure SQL
• Experience with automation, CICD, Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of monitoring tools and cloud technologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
