This established Real Estate Disputes team handles a broad range of predominantly commercial property disputes, alongside some residential matters. Acting for a strong regional and national client base, the team manages complex, high-value litigation with real depth and variety.

You'll run your own matters while also supporting partners on more strategic disputes, giving you both autonomy and exposure to sophisticated work with scope to build your profile within a respected department.

Working from a well-resourced office alongside experienced specialists, you'll benefit from cross-departmental collaboration and a firm that actively supports long-term professional progression.

For this Associate Property Litigation Solicitor role, you will ideally have:

  • 2+ years' PQE in property litigation
  • Experience across a range of commercial property disputes
  • Confidence managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
  • The ambition to develop your reputation within a recognised regional team
