Associate Process Scientist

Overview

At Regeneron, we use science and innovation to develop life changing medicines for people with serious diseases. Regeneron is currently seeking an Associate Process Scientist to join our Process Sciences team.

What you'll do

• Support the delivery of process solutions to IOPS and contribute to best in class laboratory and process validation report packages.
• Assist in root cause analysis of process related deviations using scientific data driven rationale.
• Participate in cross functional teams to understand process issues in technical and laboratory investigations.
• Contribute to knowledge based reports summarising conclusions of studies, investigations, and process improvements.
• Present findings at group meetings.
• Produce and maintain accurate records in accordance with site procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Associate Process Scientist: BSc or MSc in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Process Scientist: BSc in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field with 2 years' experience; or MSc in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field with 1 year experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Logical troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Experience in a biopharmaceutical setting is desirable.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Commitment to knowledge sharing and process improvement.

Compensation

Salary Range (annually): €37,000.00 - €59,400.00
