Associate, Portfolio Management - Debt Investments

LaSalle Investment Management is looking for an Associate to join their Portfolio Management team focused on Debt Investments. In this role, you'll analyze performance, run deal analyses, and communicate with various stakeholders. What You'll Do

• Analyze and forecast the team's performance on funds and investments.
• Run deal and portfolio level analysis, assessing risks and diversifications.
• Communicate with fund managers, investors, and borrowers, preparing reports and organizing calls.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives like warehouse financing and bond wrappers.
• Prepare asset models and assist in investment committee memos.
• Support fundraising efforts and fund strategies with the PM team.

What You Need

• 3+ years of experience in private equity, banking, or commercial real estate.
• Strong skills in analyzing and modeling complex financial deals.
• Familiarity with capital structures and financial statements is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel financial modeling; knowledge of VBA or Python is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Interest in real estate investments and debt investments is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
