We have a new opportunity for an Associate Platform Specialist to join our growing team in London. This is an entry-level role, ideal for early career professionals eager to build a career in digital advertising and technology. As an Associate Platform Specialist, you will partner with internal teams and clients to support account growth, campaign optimisation, and platform excellence. Responsibilities

• Own a book of business with accountability for client performance and growth.
• Support senior team members on larger, strategic accounts.
• Set up, monitor, and QA campaigns to ensure smooth delivery.
• Analyse performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, then propose next steps.
• Prepare client materials - performance reports, insights, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute optimisations and track impact.
• Contribute to team playbooks, processes, and knowledge sharing to improve efficiency.
• Continuously build platform expertise and a deep understanding of client goals.

Minimum Qualifications

• Previous professional experience in marketing, technology, or related fields is beneficial (however not required).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organised, and deliver on deadlines.
• A team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Comfortable working with Excel, Keynote, and digital tools (training provided).

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong communication skills: The ability to listen carefully, share ideas clearly, and work well with different teams.
• Interest in advertising, apps, technology, or marketing (any exposure is a plus, not required).
