This is a key hire for the business, offering responsibilityfor strategic housing delivery, Local Plan promotion and client relationshipmanagement across East Anglia. The successful candidate will combine technicalplanning strength with commercial awareness and leadership capability.

The Role

• Leadingmajor residential planning applications and strategic site promotions
• Managingkey landowner, developer and promoter client accounts
• OverseeingLocal Plan submissions, representations and examination preparation
• Leadingappeal strategies and coordinating hearing/inquiry teams
• Mentoringjunior planners and supporting team development
• Supportingbusiness development activity, pitches and fee proposals
• Managingproject budgets, resourcing and delivery programmes

About You

• Strongconsultancy or developer-side planning experience
• Provenability to lead complex projects and manage client expectations
• Strongcommercial awareness and interest in business growth
• Experiencementoring staff and overseeing quality control
