Job Summary

Are you passionate about how technology can fundamentally transform the way organisations work? We are seeking a driven and ambitious Associate Partner Manager - HPI to support the growth of CDW's HPI business across the UK.

HP is a strategic global partner for CDW, and this role plays a key part in supporting revenue growth, retaining existing customers, and identifying net-new opportunities across the HPI portfolio. Working closely with internal sales teams and HP stakeholders, you will support the execution of go-to-market strategies, help align joint growth objectives, and contribute to maximising the value of the HPI partnership. This is an excellent opportunity to develop into a Partner Manager role within a fast-paced, commercial environment.

What You Will Do
  • Support the CDW-HPI partnership, acting as a key point of contact internally
  • Assist in the creation and execution of the joint CDW-HPI business plan
  • Contribute towards revenue growth, profitability, and strategic KPIs
  • Build and develop relationships with HPI stakeholders, alongside senior Partner Managers
  • Support the management of the HPI sales pipeline, working with CDW sales teams to progress opportunities
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and attach opportunities across hardware, services, and solutions
  • Support execution of the business plan, including services and options attach rates
  • Promote and help operationalise HPI programs, incentives, and promotions
  • Support the conversion of leads generated through joint CDW and HPI marketing campaigns
  • Maintain and work towards required HPI certifications and accreditations
  • Enable and support sales teams through training, guidance, and consistent partner messaging
What We Expect of You
  • Experience in sales, business development, or a partner/vendor-focused role, ideally within the IT or technology sector
  • Experience with HPI
  • Commercial awareness with an interest in how technology drives business outcomes
  • Understanding of pipeline management and sales processes
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn and develop within a commercial role
  • Confidence to engage with stakeholders and support conversations at different levels
  • Strategic mindset with curiosity to identify opportunities and growth areas
  • Passion for technology and its impact on customers and organisations
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively across teams
