Key Responsibilities

If you thrive on ownership and leading large-scale programs at Amazon, and enjoy solving complex operational, business, marketing, and technical challenges with innovative solutions, this role is for you. Your main responsibilities will include managing two key programs:

1. Driving the Lapser reactivation program to reduce lapse rates, including end-to-end customer GTM creation and execution.
2. Managing the Amazon Business homepage, including planning, merchandising execution, and stakeholder alignment.

Additional duties include tracking performance metrics, developing targeted messaging, supporting junior merchandisers, and collaborating with product managers to identify areas for innovation.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of professional marketing experience (non-internship).
• Proficiency in Excel or Tableau, including data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with integrated campaigns to address brand and business challenges.
• Master's degree.
