Associate Manufacturing Manager - Automation & Ops

Boston Scientific Cork is seeking an Associate Manufacturing Manager to lead and develop the manufacturing engineering capability for a high-volume, highly automated value stream. You will focus on equipment reliability, process capability, patient safety, product quality and cost outcomes.

You will drive structured problem-solving, lead cross-functional teams, and oversee equipment qualifications, maintenance strategies and process validation in a near-continuous production environment.
