Job Description- Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, including structuring, negotiation, and execution of transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and related agreements.
- Conduct legal due diligence and provide risk assessments to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless deal execution.
- Stay updated on legal developments and regulatory changes impacting M&A transactions.
- Contribute to the development of the firm's M&A practice through thought leadership and client engagement.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and client service in all interactions.

The Successful ApplicantA successful candidate should have:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in the state of New York.
- Strong knowledge and experience in mergers and acquisitions within the professional services industry.
- Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A client-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $260,000 to $435,000 USD and eligibility for discretionary annual bonus.
