Job Title: Associate Lecturer - Pastoral
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £30,805 - £34,132 per annum - AC1
Job type: Permanent, Full-time

The Universities' Digital Department is expanding rapidly, with thriving Further Education (FE) courses attracting exceptional student enrolments. We are now seeking a dedicated and student-focused Pastoral Lecturer to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in supporting the academic and personal development of our learners during this exciting phase of growth.
As part of our department, you will work in an inclusive and forward-thinking environment equipped with industry-standard technology and facilities. You will collaborate with experienced lecturers and curriculum specialists to create a positive, supportive, and motivational learning experience for our students.
This is an ideal opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a genuine passion for student success. You will contribute to the delivery of high-quality group tutorial sessions, offer 1-1 and small group support, and develop personalised strategies that address barriers to learning and help students thrive both academically and personally.
