Job Description
Role - Associate Landscape Architect Location - London Salary - £DOE Our client is a well-established and design-led landscape architecture practice, with a strong presence in urban regeneration, public realm, and residential development, is seeking an Associate Level Landscape Architect to join their London-based studio. The team focuses on creating well-designed, people-friendly spaces that are good for the environment. Their projects range from big-picture masterplans to the finer details of landscape design, often working closely with architects and other consultants along the way. This role offers the opportunity to take a leading position within the studio, managing key projects, supporting the growth of junior staff, and contributing to the ongoing evolution of the practice's design ethos and operational strength. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES 
- Running projects from early concept through to delivery
- Working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Supporting junior designers and contributing to a supportive studio culture
- Getting involved in pitches, design reviews, and shaping how things are done
- Bringing ideas, initiative, and a strong design voice to the table
- Degree in Landscape Architecture
- Chartered Landscape Architect (CMLI) with minimum 6 years' experience
- Around 6+ years' experience in practice
- A creative thinker with a good balance of design flair and technical know-how
- Confident using AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp or Rhino (Revit is a bonus)
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a team, mentoring others, and taking ownership of projects
