Associate, Investment Banking - French speaking (M&A)

Support the execution of M&A transactions across the energy and infrastructure sectors, with exposure to emerging markets at a leading investment banking firm.

Our client is a leading investment banking firm recruiting an Associate, Investment Banking (Energy & Infrastructure) based in London. This role will support execution of M&A transactions across the energy and infrastructure sectors, with exposure to emerging markets and energy transition opportunities.

• Support execution of M&A transactions across energy and infrastructure sectors.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
• Prepare client materials including pitchbooks, information memoranda, and investment presentations.
• Assist with due diligence, market research, and transaction analysis.
• Coordinate workstreams across internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Support senior bankers in client engagement and transaction delivery.
• Contribute to origination activities through sector analysis and market intelligence.

• 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, infrastructure finance, or related advisory roles.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Experience working on infrastructure or energy-related transactions preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments.
• Genuine interest in energy transition and emerging markets.
