We are representing a leading pharmaceutical company in their search for a Scientific Documentation Analyst to e nsure service operations for a critical business application for scientific documentation.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Support research and early development scientists
• Ensure service operations for a critical business application for scientific documentation
• Document processes for future knowledge transfer
• Collect and review document metadata in the clients Database
• Backup the service team members in document clearance to repository and metadata curation
• Document all processes for knowledge transfer

Requirements:

• A degree as documentation/information specialist or a degree in life sciences (BSc or MSc)
• Experience in process documentation and analysis, and metadata curation
• A very clear and structured way of working
• Capable of going through a steep learning curve, mainly getting trained on the job
