As a result of strong business growth, industry-leading product development in the biosensor business and a long-term commitment to high volume manufacturing in our Witney Centre of Excellence, we have an exciting opportunity for someone to join the Operations Engineering team.
The role of the Associate Engineer will focus on managing and performing process equipment validations for our bespoke machines used to manufacture and test our medical devices. Day to day, you will interact with internal customers and suppliers, with occasional travel to supplier sites. You will provide technical project management input and serve as an engineering point of contact within wider project teams. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Engineering, a passion for problem solving, an interest in automated machinery, and an inquisitive mindset to explore technical opportunities. Since we operate in a highly regulated industry, you must be able to follow procedures and create accurate documentation and records of your work.

The Operations team is the largest in Witney, producing high volumes of test strips and biosensors annually.
