Associate Director, UK Office Capital Markets & IR

Praxis Group is seeking a highly experienced Associate Director, Capital Markets, to lead investor relations and portfolio management for UK office assets. Based in London, on-site with relocation to Victoria in the new year, you will drive fundraising, analytics, and investment decisions across the portfolio.

You will oversee cash flow models, engage with investors and lenders, and mentor a growing Capital Markets team. A strong track record in UK real estate markets and leadership is essential.
