Associate Director, Treaty

Position Title: Associate Director

Department: Reinsurance

Location: Shenzhen

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage treaty reinsurance renewals to ensure service quality and renewal book stability.

• Support new business development and drive incremental revenue growth in the Shenzhen market.

• Build and sustain long-term relationships with key clients.

• Support the team on reinsurance placement, data analysis, and client servicing activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Insurance, Actuarial Science, Finance, or a related field.

• 8+ years of reinsurance brokerage experience, with solid knowledge of treaty reinsurance operations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present analysis clearly and deliver training to clients in both English and Chinese.

• Client-focused, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities without compromising quality.
