Job Description

This role will suit someone who enjoys a broad advisory brief and wants exposure across debt advisory, equity advisory and special situations. The client works with investors, developers, operators, lenders and public sector bodies across living, office, industrial, retail, hotels and alternative sectors, supporting assets throughout their full lifecycle.

The role

You will be responsible for the day to day execution of real estate advisory mandates, working closely with Directors and Partners while managing workstreams independently. The position combines hands on transaction delivery with analytical work, client interaction and team support.

The role is primarily UK focused, with some exposure to international assignments through a global network.

Key responsibilities
  • Leading debt and equity capital raising, refinancing and structured finance assignments
  • Building and reviewing detailed financial and cashflow models and sensitivities
  • Preparing financing memoranda and lender or investor materials
  • Providing market and sector insight to support client advice
  • Supporting client and lender relationships through live transactions
  • Guiding and supporting junior team members
The ideal background

My client is seeking candidates with experience in real estate finance or advisory, such as debt advisory, corporate finance, capital markets or restructuring. You will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, working under pressure and contributing confidently to client discussions.

A relevant degree is required. A professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CFA or RICS is desirable but not essential. Strong financial modeling skills and clear communication are important.

This is an opportunity to join a high performing advisory team offering a competitive salary, flexible working and a collaborative culture. The role offers genuine scope for progression and visibility within the wider firm.
