Associate Director of Enrollment (Undergraduate)

Reports to: Director of Enrollment
The roleAs an Associate Director of Enrollment, you will be instrumental in promoting Hult's top-ranked bachelor's degrees. You will be the main point of contact for students who have applied to Hult Undergraduate, requiring a strong relationship-building and consultative approach. Your responsibilities include maintaining and driving engagement with students, parents, and counselors. You will be required to travel within your region to attend fairs, school visits, and counselor engagements. The role will be based in our London Office and will report directly to the Director of Enrollment.
Key Responsibilities and Duties- Sales and Pipeline Management
- Generate enrollment growth year on year, focusing on pipeline conversion and retention rates.
- Identify candidates suitable for the program by understanding student profiles and goals.
- Provide guidance on financial requirements, supporting merit and needs-based scholarship applications where necessary.
- Manage retention effectively by hosting in-person and virtual events, supporting visa and accommodation needs, and connecting student communities.
- Travel across the region to attend fairs, school visits, and to host workshops and webinars. Domestic and/or international travel will be required between 20-30% of the year.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage with all stakeholders involved in the enrollment journey (parents, counselors, agents) through various communication channels.
- Connect students and families with internal teams to facilitate conversion-current students, alumni, faculty, and campus staff.
- Collaborate effectively with regional and global peers within Enrollment and support functions (Visas and Finance).
- Conduct Personal Assessment Interviews as needed to support the wider team.
- Support team members with their pipelines and processes during vacations or peak periods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passionate about working in a multicultural environment
- Proven track record in Student Recruitment, Sales, or related roles (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
