Job Overview

We are seeking an Associate Director of Engineering Advisory for an HVAC consultancy, offering a competitive salary range of £95,000 to £100,000.

Our client is a global advisory business and a market leader in the industry.

• Basic salary: £70,000 to £75,000 depending on experience

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to perform the following tasks:

• Prepare management reports
• Manage client relationships and conduct client reviews and meetings
• Engage in new business liaison and capture M&E assets
• Create asset registers and attend building surveys
• Conduct TM44 reports and manage project issues
• Consult with customers and clients on Capex and provide lifecycle recommendations
• Advise customers on external specialist engineering tenders
• Compile statutory compliance reports and conduct on-site surveys
• Prepare and interpret engineering reports, drawings, and layouts
• Ensure health and safety protocols are followed
