Associate Director - Rights of Light (Ref 1933). Up to £85,000 + benefits. Based in Birmingham on a hybrid basis. We are a financially secure, award winning specialist practice providing Rights of Light, Daylight & Sunlight advice to developers. We are expanding into 2026 and are seeking a permanent Associate Director to support this growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and client relationship management.
• Market and promote our Rights of Light services.
• Collaborate with Technical CAD Analysts, Surveyors, Directors and Partners.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in the Rights of Light, Daylight or Sunlight sector (or equivalent at Surveyor level).
• Strong business acumen, client management and marketing skills.
