What the role offers you:
- Responsibility for the overall quality of projects, overseeing all phases from initiation and design to final delivery
- Designing exceptional questionnaires based on client briefs, ensuring objectives are met

- Leading client debriefs and project evaluations
- Managing strategic or complex projects, handling higher-value work
Account management responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships.

- Identifying and developing opportunities with existing clients
Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a learning culture, and promoting team and company objectives.
