A senior leadership opportunity has opened for a Chartered MEP Associate Director to drive project delivery, lead key client relationships and shape the growth of a high-performing regional building services team.

The Opportunity

You will own major project workstreams, act as the primary client contact, and oversee multi-disciplinary coordination across the full MEP spectrum. Beyond delivery, you'll play a key role in shaping local growth, supporting work-winning activity and mentoring the next generation of leaders within the team.

Requirements What You Bring

  • Excellent written, spoken and stakeholder communication skills
  • Ability to lead teams, motivate others and manage challenging situations
  • Strong organisational, planning and commercial awareness
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships
The Package
  • Salary: Up to £88,000
  • Car/Travel Allowance + additional travel allowance
  • Full-time, permanent position based in Reading (RG1 1LX)
