You will own major project workstreams, act as the primary client contact, and oversee multi-disciplinary coordination across the full MEP spectrum. Requirements What You Bring

• Chartered engineer with strong technical understanding of MEP design
• Strong electrical engineering background with awareness of other disciplines
• Proven experience leading complex building services projects
• Excellent written, spoken and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to lead teams, motivate others and manage challenging situations
• Strong organisational, planning and commercial awareness
• Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships

The Package

• Salary: Up to £88,000
• Car/Travel Allowance + additional travel allowance
• Full-time, permanent position based in Reading (RG1 1LX)
