Our dental team has had huge success in growing organically and brings a vast amount of experience across agency and valuation services for our clients which range from single-practice owners to the leading corporate operators, across all forms of dentistry including NHS, private, and orthodontics.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an individual to grow our Dental business in one of the most active and lucrative patches of the country, it's an extremely competitive landscape but should be highly rewarding for the right candidate. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with dental practice owners, building strategic partnerships, and driving transactions that make a real difference to dental professionals in the London region.
You will develop and execute a targeted strategy to further establish our presence in London, leveraging your market knowledge, business acumen, and relationship-building skills to ensure we quickly become a trusted partner in the dental sector.
LocationThe position will be based out of our London office in Blackfriars. We operate a hybrid working model with two days WFH, however the initial 3-6 months will be a ramping up period and will require four days minimum in the office.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with dental practice owners, buyers, and other key stakeholders.
- Lead all aspects of the sales cycle, from prospecting and presenting through to negotiation and closing deals.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, building our brand as the go-to dental brokerage firm.
- A minimum 3+ years selling commercial operational businesses.
- Proven track record: Demonstrated success in business development, sales, or brokerage, ideally in the dental, healthcare, or professional services sector.
- Exceptional communication, with outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter: Highly motivated and entrepreneurial, with the ability to work independently and drive results in a new market.
- Industry knowledge: Familiarity with the dental or healthcare market in the UK is a strong advantage.
- Commercial acumen: Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver tangible value to clients.
- Willingness to travel: Flexibility to travel frequently to meet clients and grow the business.
