Associate Director - Co-Living / Mixed-Use Development

Location: London
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000

Overview:
We are looking for an Associate Director to lead on co-living development schemes from planning through to delivery. This role will also support delivery of Cut & Curve projects, managing client relationships and driving programmes forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as strategic lead on co-living development projects

• Drive early-stage planning, feasibility, and pre-construction phases

• Manage design teams, programme, risk, and commercial oversight

• Work closely with the director and mentor junior staff

• Help shape the growth of the co-living sector within the business

Requirements:

• 7+ years' experience delivering residential or co-living/mixed-use schemes

• Strong understanding of planning, design team coordination, and delivery

• Ability to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities

• Leadership mindset with a commercial approach to project challenges

• Comfortable working on both early and later stages of projects
