Flourish Medical is recruiting an Associate Dentist to join a well established mixed NHS and Private dental practice in Kidderminster. This is an excellent opportunity for a Dentist seeking a permanent part time role within a busy and supportive clinical environment.

This permanent opportunity is available for 2-3 days per week, with a September start available. The role offers 3,500 UDAs, alongside the opportunity to take on additional UDAs if desired. The practice has a strong NHS patient base with opportunities to develop private income.

The Role - Associate Dentist

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality NHS and private dental treatments
• Provide excellent patient care and communication
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records
• Work collaboratively with dental nurses and the wider practice team
• Adhere to GDC, CQC, NHS and clinical governance standards
• Build strong and lasting patient relationships

Requirements - Associate Dentist

• Fully qualified and GDC registered Dentist
• Active NHS performer number
• Proven UK dental experience essential
• Valid DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one
• Confident working within a mixed NHS and Private setting
• Reliable, professional, and patient focused approach

This role is based in Kidderminster and is easily commutable from Worcester, Stourbridge, Dudley, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Birmingham, Wolverhampton, and surrounding areas across Worcestershire and the West Midlands.
