Associate Dentist

We are recruiting for an Associate Dentist to join a well-established private practice located in Evesham. This is a permanent opportunity offering 2 to 4 days per week within a highly productive private practice environment that operates with the pace and efficiency of a busy NHS clinic.

This role is ideal for a Dentist with strong UK experience who is confident managing a fast-paced clinical diary while maintaining excellent patient care and communication standards. The practice has exceptional patient demand, strong diary utilisation, and excellent private earning potential.

You will need to be registered with the GDC as a Dentist, have UK work experience, and have the right to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available for this position.

Working with Flourish Medical as an Associate Dentist offers you:

  • Circa £66,000 working 2 days per week

Required Skills & Experience for this Associate Dentist:

• Fully qualified and GDC registered Dentist
• Valid DBS or willingness to obtain one
• Proven UK clinical experience
• Confidence working within a high-volume environment
• Ability to manage a busy diary efficiently
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Commitment to high clinical standards
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team

As an Associate Dentist, your responsibilities may include:

• Delivering high-quality private dental treatments
• Managing a busy and consistent clinical diary
• Providing excellent patient care and communication
• Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records
• Working collaboratively with dental nurses and wider practice staff
• Adhering to CQC standards and clinical governance requirements
• Identifying opportunities to enhance patient treatment plans

Practice hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm, offering a structured working day within a highly efficient and productive clinical setting.

Although fully private, the practice operates at the pace of a busy NHS environment, making this role particularly suited to a Dentist who enjoys working efficiently, managing strong patient flow, and maintaining high clinical standards within a fast-moving practice.

This role is based in Evesham and is easily commutable from surrounding areas across Worcestershire and the West Midlands, including Worcester, Stratford-upon-Avon, Cheltenham, Redditch, Bromsgrove, Tewkesbury, and Gloucester.
