MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Ryde, Isle of Wight to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.
Up to £30,000 joining bonus in 3 tranches (subject to T&Cs)
Available from October 2025.
Full time opportunity.
Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.
Practice are looking for an Associate Dentist who is able to mentor.
Ideally the dentist will offer additional skill sets including Implants, Invisalign.
Flexible UDA allocation.
£18+ per UDA depending on experience.
£500 per mentee per month (mentoring 2 mentees).
Dentist will be working with an extensive patient list.
Modern, purpose built practice.
Computerised (SOE) / Digital X-Rays / Rotary Endo / Intra Oral camera.
Dental Hygienist support.
NHS and Private dentistry experience required.

All dentists must have GDC registration, an active performer number and a valid DBS check.
