Associate Dentist - Newport

Associate Dentist - Newport, Isle of Wight MBR Dental are currently assisting an independent practice located in Newport, Isle of Wight to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

• Independently owned practice.
• Position available from September 2025.
• Part time opportunity, 4 days per week.
• Surgery space Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 8:30am - 5pm
• No weekends.
• Practice are looking for an experienced general practitioner.
• Mixed role; practice is approx. 70% NHS / 30% private
• UDA allocation to be discussed.
• From £16.50 per UDA depending on experience.
• Private split 50%, rising to 60% for income over £1000 per month.
• Excellent private earning potential; in last two years associate has grossed over £130000 in private fees.
• 50% of lab bills paid.
• Dentist will inherit an established list from incumbent longstanding dentist.
• Well established 4 surgery practice.
• Computerised (SOE), Digital radiography, Durr Vista scan, rotary endo handpiece.
• Support from 2 onsite principal dentists, 3 hygienists and therapist.
• Full time practice manager.
• Practice refers for implants, complex endodontics.
• Nearby on-street side parking and car park 5 minutes walk away.
• Highly thought of practice with a great local reputation.
