MBR Dental are currently assisting an independently owned dental practice located in Harlow, Essex to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

Position Details:

• Independent practice.


• Position available from October / November 2026.


• Full time opportunity, 4-5 days per week plus 1 in 4 Saturdays.


• Practice hours Mon - Thurs 9-5.30, Friday 8-4, Saturday 9-4:30.


• Working hours to be discussed.


• General Dentist required on a self employed basis.

Remuneration:

• 4000 - 5000 UDAs available.


• UDA rate to be discussed, depending on experience.


• Huge private earning potential; will inherit a private list.


• Private income paid at 50% split.


• Dentist will be working with an established patient base.


• Lab bills 50/50.


• Typical earnings for an NHS Dentist range from £50,000 to £140,000 FTE plus private earnings.

Practice Details:

• Independent practice.


• 4 surgery dental practice.


• Computerised (SOE), Digital X-Rays, Rotary Endo.


• Dental Hygienist support at the practice.


• Parking available

Requirements:

• GDC registration


• NHS performer number.


• Enhanced DBS check.


• At least 2+ years post graduate experience.
