This is a prime opportunity for a confident provider who values high-quality dentistry, collaborative support, and a warm environment where patient relationships truly matter. • Alternate Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a personable, patient-centered dentist with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience. Excellent communication is essential-someone who explains treatment clearly, builds trust, and integrates seamlessly into a friendly, cohesive team.

About the Practice

Dentistry at Bolton is located within a busy medical building that features family physicians, specialists, and wellness services-ensuring excellent visibility and a reliable stream of new patients. With 3,250 active patients and a strong recall program, the practice maintains a steady pace with approximately 15 new patients each month. The office features 5 operatories, with 2 dedicated to the associate and 2 hygiene rooms operating daily.

Our team is long-tenured, stable, and deeply supportive: a mix of CDA, hygienists, and a Team Lead who also functions as a Treatment Coordinator. Most staff have been with the practice for over five years, creating a cohesive and welcoming environment both for patients and new clinicians.

The practice is fully digital, equipped with Tracker PMS, iOS scanning, Panoramic imaging, digital X rays, and paperless charting. Natural light, spacious operatories, and spotless maintenance contribute to an exceptional clinical environment.

Clinical Focus

This role is ideal for a dentist comfortable across a broad scope of general dentistry, with the ability to diagnose and perform:

  • Basic and advanced endodontics (molar retreatments, calcified canals)
  • Simple and surgical extractions, including impacted third molars
  • Crown & bridge
  • Implant dentistry
  • Invisalign
  • Nitrous and IV sedation available onsite

Full patient handover allows immediate traction and growth.

Why Join Dentistry at Bolton?

You'll be joining a high-trust, team-oriented practice where patients feel valued and respected. The environment is warm, professional, and exceptionally organized, making it easy for a new associate to integrate smoothly. The team emphasizes education and communication-not pressure-when presenting treatment options, leading to strong case acceptance and long-term loyalty.

Additional Highlights
  • Free parking and easy access
  • All operatories and equipment in excellent condition
  • Fully staffed hygiene and assisting support
  • Balanced billing for CDCP patients
  • Marketing budget in place to support the incoming provider
  • Chance to complement an all-female team-though all genders are welcome
Benefits of Joining Our Team
  • Associate Development Program: Structured yet flexible learning initiative with curated offerings from top clinicians and mentors, individualized learning & development plans, priority access to free in person learning & webinars, discounted rates on courses, and access to Study Clubs and online professional communities.
  • Ortho Acceleration Program & Align Partnership: Strategic partnership with Align Technology providing exclusive benefits, dedicated learning opportunities, and enhanced treatment planning support.
  • Implant Program: Customized training and dedicated learning opportunities for implant placement and restoration, supported by a strategic partnership with Nobel Biocare.
  • Network of Experienced Dental Professionals: Formal and structured mentorship opportunities with esteemed team members and industry-leading experts in various dental disciplines.
