Your Mission

As Associate Dean / Head of Department, you'll lead a strategic academic partnership with a top-tier university, ensuring outstanding programme delivery, regulatory compliance, and student success. You'll champion:

Advanced Practice postgraduate programmes that integrate real-world experience and employer engagement.
Curriculum innovation aligned with industry needs and future skills.
Quality assurance and academic standards that drive retention, progression, and attainment.
Employer partnerships to co-deliver modules and enhance employability.
Programme development to attract new markets and elevate student outcomes.
You'll also contribute to teaching at undergraduate/postgraduate level and may manage one or more programmes.

What You Bring

We're looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking leader with:

Proven academic leadership and management experience.
A PhD (or near completion) in Business, Management, or a related field.
A strong research and publication record.
A teaching qualification and HEA membership (desirable).
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
