Overview

Associate - Cost Management (Built Environment) - Location: London (4 days in office)

We're looking for an Associate in Cost Management to join the dynamic, supportive team at our client, working across high-profile projects in office, fit out, hospitality, PBSA, and wider built environment sectors. Projects range from £2m to £100m+, offering exposure to some of the most exciting and complex schemes in the industry.

This role is ideal for ambitious consultants who thrive in collaborative, client-facing environments and bring strong communication, commercial expertise, and leadership potential. You'll be managing procurement, cost planning, and post-contract delivery while supporting the development of the wider team and contributing to the continued growth of the business.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement, cost planning, and post-contract delivery on projects in office, fit out, hospitality, PBSA, and related sectors.
• Support the development of the wider team and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful cost management outcomes.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualified or working towards chartership
• Consultancy experience with high-value projects
• Strong commercial focus, with sector experience in office, fit out, PBSA, or hospitality
• Confidence in client-facing roles and stakeholder management
• A collaborative mindset, eager to learn, lead, and make an impact
