Associate, Corporate Transactions - M&A & Cross Border Deals

McCann FitzGerald LLP is seeking an Associate for the Corporate Transactions group. The successful candidate will join a high-performing team advising on a broad range of corporate transactions and arrangements, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity buy-outs, and joint ventures.

We value excellent academics and a solicitor qualification in Ireland or another common law jurisdiction, with 2-4 years post-qualification experience.
