Associate, Corporate Transactions - High-Impact Deals

McCann FitzGerald, Ireland's leading law firm, is seeking an Associate to join its Corporate Transactions group. The role involves advising on mergers, acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, and reorganisations.

The successful candidate will have 2-4 years PQE in corporate transactional practice, excellent academics, and strong client relationship skills. The role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile deals within a collaborative team, with exposure to cross-border transactions
