Job Description
Associate, Corporate (ideally 2 - 4 years PQE)

We would like to hire a Corporate Associate to join our well regarded Corporate team on a permanent and fulltime basis. You will ideally have 2 - 4 years' PQE from another top tier or City law firm.

Experience with corporate matters relating to private business/private company/private client is required.

Responsibilities
  • Provide legal support for corporate transactions involving private businesses, private companies and private clients.
  • Draft and review contractual and legal documentation to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Collaborate with private wealth, real estate and dispute resolution colleagues to provide integrated advice.
  • Participate in Responsible Business activities, community and pro bono initiatives.
  • Maintain high quality service to clients and support team development through knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
  • Good experience in, and appreciation of, all aspects of corporate transactional work.
  • Fine acumen in commercial drafting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organised, able to prioritise workload, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Self motivated, proactive, calm and efficient under pressure.
  • Flexible regarding time and duties and able to interact with people at all levels.
  • Attention to detail; accurate and thorough.
