Associate, Construction & Insurance Disputes

Kennedys Law LLP is seeking a talented Associate (1-3 PQE) to join its Property, Energy & Construction (PEC) team in Chelmsford. The successful candidate will work on contentious construction, property damage, subrogated recovery, and insurance-related disputes for various clients.

The role offers an opportunity to develop your own caseload while supporting partners on complex matters. Essential skills include strong drafting abilities and a good understanding of dispute resolution processes.
