About the role

Payroll Assistant to the UK Employer Services team.

Responsibilities
  • Administer a small portfolio of payroll clients on a day-to-day basis.
  • Assist the payroll team with data processing and payroll & pension administration tasks.
  • Complete self reviews of work to ensure accuracy before submitting to quality control.
  • Respond to client queries professionally and in a timely manner; seek team support when required.
  • Attend team and client meetings as needed and engage with all available training.
  • Support the team in achieving the CIPP qualification and further career development.
Qualifications
  • Experience in UK payroll administration.
  • Strong communication skills, organisational ability and timely completion of tasks.
  • Proactive in personal development and seeks support and guidance.
  • Collaborative, curious and effective working with colleagues to deliver best client experience, and open to innovative process improvements.
  • Ready to grow, belong, and impact.
