Associate, Claimant & Union Litigation

Penningtons Manches LLP is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate in our Birmingham Employment team. The role focuses on claimant work for trade unions and staff associations, handling tribunal and regulatory matters, with opportunities to work on ground-breaking cases.

The ideal candidate has 5-8 years PQE, strong advocacy skills, and the ability to manage a diverse caseload with a meticulous, client-centered approach. The Birmingham office is preferred, with other offices considered.
