What You'll Do

What You Need

• 3+ years of experience in campus recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Experience with graduate, internship, or early careers hiring programs.
• Strong skills in managing relationships with stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to assess and screen candidates effectively.
• Interest in candidate engagement and process improvement.
• Strategic thinker focused on data-driven decisions.
