Job Description
As an Associate Buyer, you will take end-to-end ownership of inventory acquisition within the Western European market. While the client provides initial leads and accounts, your primary mission is to create opportunities where none exist.You will be responsible for chasing down deals and transforming first-time orders into deep-rooted supplier partnerships. Your edge lies in operating across arbitrage markets that suppliers and customers simply do not see, eventually gaining a superior knowledge of the trade landscape than the players on either side of the transaction.

- Full-Cycle Procurement: Identify leads, initiate contact, negotiate terms, and close inventory deals.
- Active Floor Intelligence: You will thrive in a high-information environment, working closely with sales colleagues to understand real-time demand and catch the split-second edge that makes a trade profitable.
- Market Outreach: You will cold-reach suppliers and distributors across Western Europe via Phone, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. You view "no" or silence as the actual starting point of the negotiation.
- High-Velocity Movement: In this sector, the deal goes to the fastest mover. You are expected to act and lock in prices while competitors are still deliberating.
- Risk & Outcome Ownership: You will take calculated risks and work shoulder-to-shoulder with Logistics and Finance to ensure every deal lands successfully
- Negotiation Prowess: You have a "trader" mindset and are always looking for the price edge.
- Language Skills: Professional proficiency in English and German (C2) is required.
- Resilience: You are comfortable with pressure and thrive in an environment where your effort directly impacts your results.
- Salary: €3,150 to €3,500 depending on experience, plus a bonus.
