Job Description
Mileway in Birmingham is seeking an Associate Asset Manager to join our regional office. You will support asset management strategy, lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews and related capex for our premier last mile portfolio, helping Mileway strengthen its market leadership.
You will collaborate with an international team, build relationships with occupiers, support refurbishment and development projects, and work toward RICS Chartered status through Mileway's APC mentoring.
