The Role

As an Associate - Private Banking, you'll play a key role in supporting Relationship Directors to onboard new clients smoothly and efficiently. You'll focus on acquiring Business Current and Savings Accounts, promoting deposit growth, and creating exceptional client journeys that turn prospects into loyal brand advocates.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Onboarding

    • Drive the onboarding of new Business Current Accounts and Savings products
    • Ensure a frictionless experience by closely coordinating with Relationship Directors
    • Champion client satisfaction - making every new client feel valued from day one

Strategic Deposit Growth

  • Support strategies to attract low-cost, stable deposits, improving the Bank's net interest margin
  • Collaborate across teams to align deposit activity with business goals
  • Present Cynergy Bank's tailored cash management solutions effectively to both new and existing clients

Relationship Management & Advocacy

  • Build strong client connections that encourage long-term engagement and referrals
  • Act as a trusted partner in helping clients meet their liquidity and financial management needs

Governance & Feedback

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, including KYC/AML requirements
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to product and operations teams
  • Represent Cynergy Bank at networking events to raise visibility and attract new business

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in business banking operations, client onboarding, or relationship support
  • Strong understanding of deposit products and the SME sector
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on client success and process improvement
