Foresight Law Offices India is inviting applications for the position of Associate to join its Litigation team to handle a diverse portfolio of commercial and civil disputes across forums.

General Litigation Commercial & Corporate Disputes

New Delhi

• Appear before the Delhi High Court (original side and appellate), District Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, and quasi judicial bodies
• Draft pleadings, applications, replies, and legal opinions
• Handle writs, service matters, and contractual disputes
• Assist in trial preparation, evidence, and case strategy
• Conduct legal research and client briefings
• Manage filings and coordination with court staff and counsels

• 1-3 years of litigation experience across High Courts, Tribunals, and trial courts
• Prior exposure to commercial disputes, service law, or corporate litigation
• Proficiency in drafting and court appearances
• Strong communication and research skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and work in a collaborative environment
