We are seeking an associate to join our Financial & Professional Risks ("FPR") team based in Nottingham. The team acts for insurers, brokers and other insurance sector clients, handling professional indemnity, D&O, FI, and coverage matters across traditional and emerging sectors.

In this role, you will advise and represent policyholders in contentious matters before courts and ombudsman schemes, tackle complex professional liability and insurance law issues, and report to insurer clients with high service standards. You'll apply your knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules, stay ahead of legal reforms, deliver commercial claims solutions, and build strong relationships within the insurance sector. Technical skills in Microsoft Office, case management systems, and research facilities are essential.

We're looking for someone with a passion for client service, commercial awareness, excellent communication, attention to detail, and ambition to excel as a professional liability and insurance coverage lawyer.
