Associate - Family & Divorce

The team has a fantastic opportunity for an Associate within the Family & Divorce team.

The successful candidates will ideally have a minimum of 5 years PQE.

Our team is recognised throughout the Chilterns, Home Counties and Thames Valley as a leading provider of high quality legal services. Our family team is consistently recognised in the leading legal directories and is known for dealing with HNW financial remedy and private law children matters in particular.

Our team is located in Marlow.

The Family Team at Blaser Mills deals with all aspects of family law including divorce and dissolution, the separation of cohabiting partners, resolving the financial issues between cohabiting partners and divorcing spouses plus all matters relating to children impacted by a divorce or separation. In addition to this, we can assist with premarital / prenuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, separation and post nuptial agreements and assist with issues with former spouses and family members including non-molestation orders, occupation orders and in some cases injunctions to freeze assets.

We have a wealth of experience dealing with issues regarding children and have been involved in relocation cases, specific issues such as choice of schools, medical intervention and a contact with other parties and applications to prohibit parent or guardian from certain steps.
