Salary: £42,762.57 to £49,926.57 per annum (Incl. of London Allowance)
Location: Bloomsbury, London
Hours: 35 hours per week

About the Role
2x Associate Lectureships: These two positions will provide a development opportunity for those who have exceptional potential in the field(s) of Politics and/or Political Economy. During their two-year appointment, Associate Lecturers will be expected to contribute to class teaching on both the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. While our teaching needs can arise in all areas of the curriculum, we particularly welcome applicants who can teach in the area of Comparative Politics and Political Economy with possible regional expertise focused on Africa, South Asia, or East Asia. Associate Lecturers will also be encouraged to cultivate their research trajectory within the Department of Politics and International Studies.
The Associate Lectures will be expected to teach across some of the following modules (depending on experience):
- Introduction to Political Analysis
- Introduction to Comparative Politics
- Introduction to Political Economy
- Politics of Development
- Politics of the World Economy
- Risk and Policy Analysis (PG)
- Frameworks of Political Analysis (PG)
